Dr Chen recently repaired a cavity for me. He was very gentle and explained what he was doing throughout the process which helped put me at ease. And the best part was that when I needed to be numbed, it was almost painless. He is a GREAT doctor.
Dr Chen's staff is equally as amazing. I recently had a change in my dental insurance and the ladies in the front office were great at helping make it a smooth transition. They have always been good at answering any billing questions that I have and are very proactive. They're so friendly and great with appointment reminders. The hygienists are also wonderful. Anytime that you almost fall asleep in the chair, I think it's a good sign! 🙂
